  2. Prepare and submit a dissolution letter to the Ontario Gazette and to a general newspaper (either Toronto Sun -or- Toronto Star) with respect to placing a notice in their newspaper, to announce that the corporation intends to dissolve pursuant to the Business Corporation Act.
  3. Obtain a Notice of Assessment for the corporation from the Ministry of Finance.
  4. Prepare and file Articles of Dissolution with the Companies Branch of the Ministry of Consumer & Commercial Relations.
